HaHa! here's sumtin' funny! lol......

One Sunday morning, while stationed at Osan Air Base in South Korea, I was in
line for breakfast and noticed that the cook behind the counter looked kind of harassed. After I gave him my order, he asked me how I wanted my eggs. Not wanting to burden him further, I said cheerfully, "Oh, whatever is easiest for you."With that, he took two eggs, cracked them open onto my plate, and handed it back to me.

My laugh of the day! -§Havilah§-

On Chickens and Ketchup:
Lemme tell ya' ketchup is not nice to clean-up! Especially when a family sized bottle of the darn stuff was just knocked off the counter by a certain somebody.*ahem* yes that somebody was ME never realized how sticky and disgusting it is to mop up! Geewhiz I'll never do that again

okay enough of that.

And let's give a three cheers for our 2 white roosters!.......Or NOT!
those stupid Male-Fowl are so protective of their Hens. They won't let you near them unless you take a baseball bat,( or anything else that is handy.),and swing it,(very dramatically), from side to side to shield them off. And then quick as you can gather the eggs, put straw in roosts, give them grain, and water, and another thing that is necessary. Before beating it too the house!

on another Note,This is Havilah:)
we are also getting 'Meat birds' tomorrow. I must also mention that Hannah And Rachel worked very hard in the Chicken coop fixing up little things that have become askew in there during the last year.

Well,i'd better 'get lost'......................Havilena. (is that how spell it Rachel? Mr. Ricky? ;)

home grown eggs...
Talitha...thinking..
a pink cowgirl (Essie)
"The ditch was so full of snow it looked like part of the drive...." naw, I don't believe a word of it, it must be that CA ego....this was one of two ditch escapades that Josiah went on while home on leave.

Okay for some weird reason I updated....don't ask why, purely impulse.

Okay finally some fun colors :) Personally, I think it takes way too much patience to update this blog (with pictures), and that is why I do it so seldom.

I think Lydia should do it more....or someone else. If I were doing it from my own camera it might be different....but....

Anyway, I think I will pep this blog up by putting our other blog links on the side and whatever else might help the poor thing. Maybe, I should help the profile or something. I guess I feel kind of bad for it, I've been much more faithful to xanga of late.

Last week my four year old sister, Maggie, was sitting in the living room. Both her and Mary were listening to Secret Garden and very much enthralled by it. Our friend, Mrs. A. Came in the room and Maggie looked at her very seriously and said "He deaded him. He is not good. He is a bad man. When God takes him up to heaven he is going to take his bones out and give them to somebody else."

Where she concocted that mess I have no idea...strange things come out of a thinking four year old.

Perhaps some more pictures soon.
